1983 gmt

Does the bi-directional bezel on a 1983 GMT Master 16753 click when moved or move without a click?

Click-stop bezels started with the sapphire crystal models which came after the acrylic crystal model GMTs (the 16750 and 16753.) The first click-stop GMT bezels were found on the GMT II 16760, then the GMT 16700 followed with the GMT II 16710.

Gmt Master 16753

I was wondering if $4300 was a fair price for the watch with a fake jubillee band (seller claimed band was original 18kt &stainless...says it was her deceased fathers watch) my jeweler says it's not) watch is real and is keeping good time and in good vintage condition with box no papers.
