Chuckwagon-Style Sushi

just got back from lunch this afternoon with an overseas client who wanted to go out for Japanese food.

after being seated, we couldn't help but notice a male diner who was wearing a straw cowboy hat eating sushi with a fork & washing it down with hot coffee. out of curiosity, my guest asked me if that was the custom in certain parts of the United States. somewhat flabbergasted at the sight, I replied that I had never seen it before...afterall, who eats sushi with a fork?

the only thing missing from this bizarre scene was a chuck wagon triangle & a branding iron.
