Hi,
I have a 16750 GMT, my question is: when I pull the crown out and stop the movement to adjust the watch, the movement will not start when I push the crown back in. I have to "wiggle" the watch to get the auto winder to move and the watch will start. I am a pretty mechanical guy and I was wondering if some one can explain what is going on. The watch runs and functions fine otherwise.

It is possible it needs a cleaning and new lubrication.

I think it does need a service, I will be dropping it off with Dalton shortly. I am curious if someone knows if it is damaged internally. probably won't know until it is open.

Sounds like the hack is getting stuck but there shouldnt be anything in the way of it.
Id actually stop wearing asap and have it hacked and ship. Just incase there is something loose, you wont risk whatever loose piece you might have from getting caught up in the balance

Sounds like it just needs service. I also would be curious about the main spring, Sounds like it might be worn out and not producing the proper amount of pressure. If you send it to a RSC and they determine it needs replacing they will replace it as part of the normal service. If performed by an independent Rolex tech at a dealership they will charge you extra for the part.

The hack lever could be damaged as well usually when it breaks it won't start again so chances are a service is needed
