Dear TRf family: I started this thread earlier today as I received the video....I would like to further explain...

Mariachi, as you all know, is a must in mexican culture. The joyful sound of instruments playing together always bring smiles to those listening, and to a mexican, the sound of that trumpet, followed by guitars, violins and the vast array of instruments mean goosebumps in our skin, pride in our hearts and tears of joy in our eyes.

El Huapango de Moncayo and Guadalajara are two iconic songs that have been in our history since the early 40's....

So to me, listening and watching a flash mob in Spain, la Madre Patria to promote my country, my music, my history...put together by one of the best performers we have and playing iconic 1940's music....makes me proud. VERY proud.
