Icon1 Day Date questions

I was wondering what years and which references came out with the ceramic inserts to minimize wear in the bracelet?

36mm what reference/year?
40mm. What reference/year?
41 mm ref/year?

2nd I heard the new 40 mm has the skeletonized escapement for better accuracy. Did the 36mm and 41 mm with the respective movement get the skeletonization as well?
