Beware of Photon - Bought parts and filed a Paypal Dispute
Hi member,
Please beware of this member, he bought something from me and acknowledge receiving it. Then filed a paypal dispute saying that the parts were not genuine. Yet I have pictures and texts from him showing me the parts in his possession and he got everything that was stated in the FS thread. |

Sure. So he bought the 116660 bezel kit I had for Sale.
Once it was delivered I followed up with him to see if everything made it safely. He replied saying yes he did. In fact sent me pictures of the bezel on his watch. But then filed a claim with paypal saying the parts are not genuine and they don't fit. I think he is trying to fit this gen bezel on a fake replica Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk |

Without feeding into this bashing Sach is doing, In a nutshell Sach sold me a bezel with a damaged pearl. He also promised good fitment which was not the case. I asked to return and he got violent, threatening and rude. He told me to file a dispute, dared me to and in desperation I did. I was not going to post anything at all so as to not take part in a bad situation but what else can I do. I just want a refund, I even offered to cover shipping but he has refused and instead gone online to bash me.

You claim that the set I sold you is missing a piece, can you direct all the members here at what part were you expecting to get that wasn't included nor listed on the sales thread? In regards to the bezel, all the pictures were sent to you and you saw these pictures on the listings as well. Are you saying that you never saw these pictures? Can you share some pictures of ur gen deepsea watch and the gen bezel you got from me here? @Photon Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk |

@photon is accusing me of being violent and becoming threatening bcz he thinks he will get the sympathy vote.
He actually threatened that if I don't do what he wants he will call his credit card company and file a dispute and tell them that I sold him a fake part. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk |

If the parts are genuine, and the buyer returned them in same condition they went out, why not a refund?
My 2¢ - when I sell a damaged part, I clearly disclose it...

I also suspect the bezel was intended for installation onto a fake - otherwise why all the references to fake forums and the guy is stored on his phone as "Dave repgeek" (repgeek being a fake watch forum) my 2c |

Doesn't change a thing , however knowing he is a member I would suspect very strongly he is trying to fit it to a fake watch, and maybe it doesn't fit so he wants his money back.

The buyer is claiming that it's missing a ring yet wouldn't post what piece is missing from my initial sales thread. Sent from my SM-G930T using Tapatalk |

In the text message he writes about the comparison and dissimilarity with a "gen" nylon and the other piece, I assume he's comparing to a fake |

If he returned a different part then you wouldn't refund the money of course. I mentioned "in the same condition". Could you elaborate on why the damage wasn't disclosed in your listing? I get that the damage was in the photo.
