This 5513 with after market 5517 dial and bezel insert?

I like this look but guy say bezel insert and dial are not genuine Rolex. So how can this be Rolex watch? I still cherche for my 5513 or 5512 but I don't think this guy gonna get my money. http://rover.ebay.com/rover/1/711-53...mtid=824&kw=lg

Probably took a meters first with a service dial and put an aftermarket dial/hands in to look like a more desirable mil sub. He is advertising it correctly.

Dial is horrible though.
