Yachtmaster II not keeping time

Just got a Yachtmaster II last weekend and I've noticed twice now when I have it on my watch winder it will not hold the time. I was curious if its because I have the seconds timer constantly on? If not, I was wondering what could be the issue? My winder is at 1200 per 24 hours and its a brand new Wolf winder, so I know its working perfectly fine.

Any suggestions/insight would be greatly appreciated.

So far I haven't worn it for more than 3 hours, but when on my wrist it held the time no problem.

Well that should tell you something get it off the machine and put it on your wrist what it was designed for. Most machine so called watch winders just go back and throw on the same repetitive plane and axis and cannot mimic what goes on on the finest winder in the world your wrist. If you must use one of these machines god knows why, always fully manually wind your watch before placing on the machine. But if not worn just let it stop when needed just wind it and put on your wrist must take all of 30 seconds to do.

I have 8 Rolex's on my winder (Diplomat), including a YMII in which I also keep the second timer on. None of them ever stopped on the winder, except a DJII. I sent that watch to Rolex last year for a service and now it also stays moving on the winder. Some of my watches won't get worn for months and they're all going, all the time.

It's possible that the problem is the winder. Do you have other Rolex's that work on the winder? If so, I'd bring the watch back to the dealer and have them send to Rolex for service.

Before putting your watch on the winder, please unscrew the crown and manually wind the watch up to 70 turns, don't worry you will not screw the movement.
This is what I do depending on the power reserve, for 48 hours of power reserves I wind them 40 turns and strap

I tried to wind the crown about 50 times and put it back on my watch winder and it already stopped and its been on there for 18 hours or less.

Suggestions? Should I send it in?

I have Wolf winders. My 116600 is my third most accurate watch I've ever owned, being + a fraction of a second/day.

When on my winder, crown down, it lost time. 1-2 s/d. When crown up, it gained 0.5-1 s/d and then when worn it keeps the best time. Have you tried different resting positions? Does your wonder do CW and CCW rotations?

If you manually wound it, and it stopped after a couple of days on a winder then the auto-wind is probably not working.
