Free Books - Wonderful Vintage Books on Pens

Here is a link to a Victorian book on dip pens. The real jewel of it is found within the last 40 pages where the author takes you through the 17 or so steps it takes to make a nib with illustrations of the tools and craftsmen tables.

I downloaded and saved it in a .pdf format.

Very nice read!

And here are some Parker Catalogs from 1898,1918,1923, and 1929.

These are the full catalogs! Scroll down to PDF and click on that and they catalogs will show.

The site is a wealth of vintage publications from Videos to audio files to magazines and catalogs.

I could spend a week here and not find my way out.

Make sure you go to the root of the website and view the different source files that are available. Library of Congress, Old Time Radio audio, and over a million vintage T.V. files of every kind.

https://archive.org/

Don't bypass the Microfilms of newspapers. Sheesh!

Enjoy!

I was lucky enough as a teen to make many regular pilgrimages to the LOC and back then they had listening rooms where you could check out reel to reel wire recordings that had been made as WPA projects during the depression.
