FS: Tudor 7928 Submariner Chapter ring rose dial - NYC
Up for sale is a beautiful Tudor submariner, Ref 7928, 50XXXX serial. The serial no of this watch dates it to 1965.
This watch has the rose gilt chapter ring with silver print. Chapter ring dials in condition like this is extremely RARE. Most of them are chipped or redone. The most striking part about this watch is the rich creamy patina on the dial and the ghost/grey bezel. The distressed strap compliments the beauty of the bezel! I have taken pictures in different lighting conditions to highlight the dial and bezel. The dial is in original, excellent condition with slight imperfections due to age as seen on the high resolution pictures near the 3 - 5o'clock. There are no chips on the dial. Plenty of references available. In person meeting in NYC welcome. Priced to sell at USD 9999.
