rolex 6426 on jubilee ?
Hi all
Can i just pick your brain for a moment? My father left me a rolex 6426 rolex oyster precision watch on a nylon strap. I would like to wear it on a steel strap and have a 62510h lying around that i had on my 16710 gmt ii, the 6426 is 19mm and the 16710 is 20mm lug width. Is there a way i can adapt this strap with different end links to fit the 6426?? Any help greatly appreciated! |

As a buyer and sometimes seller of bracelets, I would strongly discourage this. The 20mm bracelet has a higher value than most 19mm. You will probably get enough money to buy the correct 19mm bracelet and have some left over if you sell your 20mm bracelet. Also, it won't look quite right if you grind down the end-links. Can it be done? Absolutely, but we're not barbarians....you might even find folks here willing to trade for your bracelet!
