Impulse purchase at AP boutique

Was at the AP boutique this evening just browsing. Then the very kind lady helping me brought out this one. I put it on and knew right away it's what I was looking for! Very pleased with it.

That's the best pic of new ceramic I saw... usually they are overexposed or photographed with direct flash...

Great piece... congrats!

Thanks, I never normally make impulse purchases but the sales lady was great and my fiancée loved the watch, so I didn't really stand a chance!

Oh your fiancée is like my wife, she pushes me to buy expensive things, until 5 years ago my mental limit was 10k for a watch, now it's 100 more or less if you consider I did a down payment for a Voutilainen and will probably in a few years get the new ce PC from AP, so good choice, marry her

I can recommend it as a great watch to wear, you should definitely look forward to it arriving.

The boutique here had the titanium, rose gold, platinum and this ceramic in stock. I tried them all on and my choice was the ceramic, love the rose gold too but the weight and easier scratching material are not good for my usage - it's my sports watch to use doing outdoor activities down by the beach and on the boat. I found the platinum way too heavy on my wrist and the titanium just didn't really do it for me, bit similar to my steel ROO I had before perhaps.

Appreciate the info. I picked CE for the same reasons you did. It looks awesome on you. Can't wait for mine to arrive. It will be a perfect pair with my white diver. Great pictures you took. Let's see more of it.

Definitely, going to be a great combo with the Diver! Hope it arrives soon.

Mine is paired up with my Patek 5205R, similar colour schemes but VERY different! A quick snap of them together (not my pencil case there, honestly). I will get some nice pics when I'm back home as we are travelling at the moment.

I love the combination of ceramic case and rosegold dial. I'd buy it in a heartbeat if AP were to offer it in a 42mm size.
