I was terrified!!!!!
I was terrified to cut my Oris rubber strap but I did some quick research and mustered up some courage and boom I did it. The watch fits and feels much better now. Wheeeeeeeew!

Did you have to trim for length or to fit between the lugs? I like that reference a lot.

I trim the end that's inserted into the clasp. I wanted to even out the overflow of band on the other side.

Nice watch! I know the feeling, had to do the same with my aquanaut. I used a new razor blade and sort of chopped it straight across.
