Hi guys....

miss me?

I have a lot to bring you guys up to speed on.

First off, I have finally got settled into my new condo. After spending 300K on a new place (yes the Toronto housing market is insane) and another small amount on furnishings I got an AMAZING PHONE CALL this afternoon. Couldnt come at a worse time financially, but it looks like I will be the proud owner on a 116520 Blk dial next week (dont have time to pick it up this week ) Its funny, my new baby took me 9 months to get but well worth it to have the papers in my name IMO

Yes the Explorer and the GMT2 will have to go for now but they can be easily replaced in a few months....heck years once I recover from my new purchases.

Pics to follow soon and I will be back in full force here next week hopefully.

Thanks to my fellow mods here for watching things for me while I have been gone.

Take care for now guys and dont let the Kiwi bug you too much....

Glad you surfaced, Roger. We were going to send out a search party, but your fellow Canucks said "Why bother."

Welcome back, buddy. Nice job on catching the Daytona. Too bad the GMT has to go, but, as you noted, they are easier to snag than the 116520.

That watch is a cracker....and that clasp is a knockout. Would you like to share some detailed pics on the actual working of the clasp with the rest of us? I'm sure we would all enjoy it.

Thanks - JJ

Nice Roger. Is Damiani's taking your two in on a trade or are you selling privately? Smart move. You can always pick up the other two down the road, whereas SS Ds are hard to come by (at list).

Roger,

Congrats my friend at least if you had to be away it was for a damn good reason! The condo sounds great and I agreee GTA real estate prices are 30-40% higher than they should be. Can't wait to see that Dayona, if anyone will wear it well it will be you... I guess Damiani came through for their number one customer?

I should mention as well that your GMT was the first Rolex I ever tried on so if it is indeed available please do keep me in mind because you know I'm interested...
