traded in my GMTII for the SD"M", love the SD but can't help but miss my old GMT a bit!
Then i slap on the day date, to make me feel better!

Both are great pieces and its not like you can not find them around anymore, there are plenty of pre-owned GMT's floating about these days, Congrats on the SD.

I just bought an "M" series SD a week ago and went through the same thing, very happy w/ my choice especially as the SD is discontinued.
You definitely made the right choice.
