Any issues?

Seller claims all Diamonds are real, not the first owner, no box and papers either. See any red flags?

I can't say whether the diamonds are real or not, but...Do you trust the seller? Does he have a reputation that can be vouched for?

If it's local, try to meet up and get it checked. If not, I'd pass.

If it was me, I'd look elsewhere. Looks like it has received it's share of polishing, date window and font don't look right, and I'm sure the bezel is aftermarket.
What's the seller's explanation for no box and papers?

Biggest problem is you send that watch to Rolex, they won't touch it.
Will immediately return it to you.

Yeah, a genuine diamond bezel (for a reference Rolex never made one for) and diamond dial are really cheap.

The placement of the diamonds at 7,8 & 9 on the dial looks off.
