How does BLRO make you feel vs, other watches?
Is the BLRO really that special? How does it make you feel compared to other watches?

My BLRO is one of several PM watches in my collection so it's no more or less special than any other watch in my collection

I don't own a BLRO, but do own a couple of a PM pieces. It's definely a different 'feeling' when wearing a PM Rolex.

I agree with Tom, the watch makes you wanna dance...
I got mine recently and it is definitely one the the most enjoyable watches I have. My co-favorite is the Blue YG Sub. I recently did a review of my first impressions of the BLRO https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=548410 |

I badly wanted a BLRO so I went to my AD and the only example they had was the type with the low mag cyclops, so I can say the BLRO left me a little deflated. Apart from that I think it's a gorgeous piece with some serious heft!
As it's said, no pics then it didn't happen... Low mag cyclops BLRO and next to a standard magnification GMTII. |

I tried one on.
It is the same watch as my BLNR only heavier. It did not make me feel anything.

The blue and red bezel seems off. Do you guys see the same thing in the metal?

GOOD ...BETTER feeling when wearing the YG, being the WG is visually, very close to my SS pieces. If this is an only PM piece, it will feel special every time you put it on:) Just my opinion on PM.... to each their own. |

Its nice, per other comments if you have a PM it will feel like others, if new to you then you will feel special, how long that is, is a matter for each of us. I like the idea of a PM watch not sure if I feel more special but you notice the weight.

Special to me. I own and have owned many PM watches but enjoy the BLRO over any other. It's that good.

The BLRO is my favourite Rolex, I rarely wear any of my other Rolex,p since acquiring it, it has also sent my AP ROO to the bench, to me it is VERY special, though this madness it a sickness, I'm not sure that there is a cure for me!

It's nice, but not nice enough for me to part with the asking price.

The BLRO is really nice. In some light the bezel can we a little to pink/purple in my opinion. Personally I prefer WG to YG. YG draws to much unwanted attention in my line of profession. WG is more "stealth wealth"; only yourself and WIS know what you are wearing with the BLRO. In the end I bought a SS GMTc-LN; even more "low key" and matches with everything.

Interesting for me it initially did not wow me but has grown on me over time.
One of the few watches I can say that about. Usually it is love at first sight for many I have gotten. But now owning and wearing it is just so special of a watch IMO. I like having both the blue YG Sub and BLRO for different moods. Some times I feel like a all colored gold and sometimes I don't. Ok now I want an almond joy... Seriously though these are two of my all time favorite Rolexes. Having them both, I can imagine having only one... |

I personally think the Batman is a nicer looking watch but I do appreciate the weight of the white gold on the BLRO and I do appreciate the research that went into making the bezel insert.
