Suggestion on LE Montblanc (M. Proust)

Dear Pen TRFers:

I have a Montblanc LE Proust (fountain M) that has been used under ten times; sitting in a safe with its original box.

While I do love the pen; I have to admit I have not used in...YEARS! Should I

a. Keep it
b. Find a new owner that will use it

Suggestions?

As long as it wasn't gifted to me then I'd probably sell it. Any photos of it G? I've always liked fountain pens.

I will pull it out and take some pics. Bought two when they came out (NY boutique), I kept one and gave my father the other.

If you like it, use it. If you don't like it then consider selling it.

Beautiful pen. I have eyed them and would buy if I found one at the right price. If you don't use it and it doesn't hold sentimental value then flip it for one you will use.

To know the future is to be trapped by it

Proust is one of the few Writers edition pens that has kept value over the years.
If not used I would say sell.

Also suggest you check it first especially at the joint between the section and the barrel for cracks. Lots of Proust pens are broken at that.
