'Flipping' sickness..
So now I'm waiting on the newest cure to my sickness 'addiction' - a new TT Bluesy.
The much loved BLNR is missing from my now naked wrist and has gone to a new home for someone else to love. 100% ££'s original investment back - and very happy with that. It was worn daily (I'm a one watch guy) and reasonably gently. The PCL's had lost some of their lustre. The clasp sported the odd desk diving mark and with it my desire wained and my hunt began again. IT'S A SICKNESS I've convinced myself 'again' that the Bluesy will be the 'forever' watch - or at least until my White Dial Daytona-C turns up (if ever). Yes - I do know the TT has PCL's but I'm going to be more careful this time...... - Honest.. It's still hard to find a new Rolex sports watch (the one that you want) this side of the pond but I'm assured 10-14 days and it will be mine. |
