ROO Elephant strap question
I have finally decided to jump into the world of AP and have decided on the AP ROO Elephant. I have a strap size question.
I have a 7 1/4" wrist and want to also order the grey strap to go along with the hornback that comes with it and was wondering if I need to order the xtra small rubber strap for a tight fit? I am not a big fan of my rubber / leather straps being lose or should the standard size fit me right out of the box? also wondering if anyone knows how much the rubber strap retails for so I have an idea of what I am looking at. thanks again for the help |

Standard is OK for 7 inches and above usually. The 44 rubber sells for £220 here and up to £300 from a dealer so order from AP directly, 42 prices should be similar.

Agree with Neil. I have a 7'' wrist and the normal strap was great. I say try it one and see how it wears. You can always order after the purchase

7 1/4 inch wrists here (a bit larger when its hot out) and i wear a 42 diver on the third to tightest notch and a 44 on the second to tightest notch. You will be fine with a regular strap.

6.75 wrist. I wear my 44mm ROO on the tightest notch. Fits perfectly. Has a bit of slack, but still secure. Don't care to cut off my circulation with a watch that doesn't move.
