Camille-Fournet - Matte Navy Croc

It has been a while since I have posted. I hope everyone is well.

I have been looking for a nice leather band for my 16233 TT to mix it up and add a little color so I finally ordered a dark navy matte finish crocodile from Camille-Fournet. It just arrived and I've been trying to take a decent pictures but lighting is poor this evening. Hopefully some better shots tomorrow.

The finish on the band is excellent and I'm pleased overall. The leather is stiff so I'll be conditioning it. I do think a gloss finish would look great but the matte navy is subdued.

I have fairly small wrists so as others have reported, I'm at the last 1 or 2 holes which is fine.

I do miss my Etur endlinks which top notch but my other replacements fit the bill and get after the look i wanted.

Are Camille-Fournet the people who make straps for Patek?

I'm not aware if they do for Patek but I do know they do for Jaeger LeCoultre. I suspect they do for a number of others as well.

Here we go....poor lighting once again unfortunately.

I love my 16233 TT for a few reasons. First, the blue dial with gold arabic numbers really appealed to me and I can say I haven't seen another in the flesh. Second, I was deathly afraid of fakes which is common with the more "classic" roman numbers on the DJ. Also, 2003 was a big year for me so this is of that vintage. Last, I wanted something that is dressier than the sports watches.

All that said I've been recently eyeballing the Exp II as well as the Tudor Black Bay Bronze so I have some thinking to do.
