Some flour or corn tortillas...(you MUST ALWAYS have tortillas!). Add Avocado, ribeye and Pico.......leftover lunch is ready in a few minutes! Ribeye tacos

Nicely played. I have some leftover prime rib that I vacuum sealed and froze, and this looks like a great reuse for it.
