Batman or 126334 with Flutted Bezel

What's up Everyone!

I'm torn between getting the Batman or the DJ 126334. I currently own the YM II 44mm Stainless. To me the Batman is similar to the YM II because they are both sporty watches. Which one do you think I should get? Thanks for your help on this!

Well, I just made that exact decision between those two watches.

Went with this. Feel like it will age better.

Plus at 35, I think I was ready for jubilee and fluted.

Batman! Easy Peezy. I went from a DJII to a GMT LN and probably the best thing I've done. Love my GMT way more. More versatile and honestly with the PCL could be dressed up or down.

GMT for sure my friend. Not to mention the GMT will hold its value a lot better.

That's my favourite DJ config, but between those two it has to be the Batman.

For the last year or so I was certain I would end up with a blnr.

After seeing it in person, I lost all interest.

There's never been a datejust on jubilee in a larger size. Timing of this new model in steel just happened to work out.

Plus every other incoming on the forum these days seems to be a blnr. Constantly seeing batman being mentioning over and over didn't help.

The BLNR is more similar so I'd pick the DJ41 as sounds like you want more differentiation.

Dj 126334

DJ 126334. Classic complimentary watch to YM II.

OP,

At the end of the day, you're the one that has to wear it.

Try to find both of them in person. DJ41 isn't hard to find so wait until you can see a BLNR in person as well.

Take your time and don't go off reasons like "it will hold value better" or other things that shouldn't factor in when you're trying to decide on something you will truly be happy with. As long as you love it, it doesn't matter if the value drops to zero.

We can give you our opinions, but it has to be the one that puts a smile on your face every time you look down at it. Only you can make that decision.

If you didn't have the YM2 then I would've chose the BLNR but since you do, then a good contrast in your rotation would be the new DJ41. Fluted bezel and jubilee option of course.

That's a fair comment. I haven't been there yet. And I could definitely go for your DJ!

DJ with fluted would compliment the sportier YMII (awesome watch, BTW) better.

Based on what you already own I would get the DJ41 on the Jubilee bracelet. It would give you two different watches and a lot of wear options.

Last year I was set on the BLNR. Then the ss DJ41 came out. I bought it and never looked back.

Datejust.

Numerous GMT's and DJ2's here.

They're all beautiful and the GMT LN is my working tool watch, but when all said and done, a datejust is about as good as a Rolex gets.

I would suggest to flip YM II and buy both BLNR and DJ41.

BLNR fan but I love sports watches and typically stay away from the dressier models.
