Is this MOP dial legit

I always have shied away from these dials because I don't trust them.
This one came to me. But I don't think it is right.
I don't understand why they would mark it T SWISS T if there is no tritium on the dial.

The diamonds looked good however.
And the black second markers extended on to the gold hour makers, which would seem like alot work.

Don't they have to label the dial for tritium if the hands have tritium?

Definitely looks aftermarket to me. Aftermarket MOP and BMOP dials tend to have that cheap "glimmery" look, rather than a more subdued shine. Plus (AFAIK) Rolex always puts unlumed hands on their diamond dials.
