6-8 hours generally.

Sometimes I get more than that for some reason.

Sometimes I will sleep in two four hour shifts.

Sleep is a funny thing for me.

6-8 hours generally.

I also have been known to take "power naps" in the late afternoon.

6 to 7 hours a night but I wake during every night because I drink so much during the day.

I might get 8 hours total sleep on a Saturday night but very rare.

Usually 5-7 hours. I've gone with 3-4 hours a day for months on end, so now when I sleep, I totally zone out.

5-6 for me too Danny. 7 if I hunker down. I hate going to bed. Do you know what I mean? I just wanna stay up all night. Even the nights where I know I have to wake up early the next morning. I have to force myself to get some shuteye.

Hate going to bed. Love sleeping.

This would’ve made a great poll.

I’m a 5-6 hour a night person, light sleeper too.

Usually 7 hours, sleep like a rock. After decades of shift work and functioning on little sleep I love getting a full nights sleep.
