Nicked My Skydweller Bezel :(
Think this is a first here (hopefully not)
Accidentally nicked my Skydweller, one of the peaks on the fluted bezel is a bit squashed now. Just wondering how much it'll cost in the future for a polish or a replacement? |

I can't see any damage?? but If there is some kind of damage, I would not try to have it polished out...I suspect it would look even worse than now.

First I would remove the rest of the stickers and just wear the sucker! That’s not even noticeable, wear and enjoy, consider them personality

Ah, OK...I see it now, just a bit below the center of the photo....looks pretty insignificant to me. I wouldn't sweat that, its barely noticeable.

The only issue I see is the sticker. I wouldn't worry about it, hardly noticeable.

thanks guys for the feedback, just wondering about the cost since the sky dweller comes with the command bezel, and wondering if the white gold bezel can be swapped off with a replacement and not the whole thing (which sounds costly), so thought I'd chime in

I’d be more worried about the stickers on your watch, they are way more noticeable

Well, that's your cue to take the stickers off. And then it'll truly be your watch.
Nicks like that will hurt for a day but then you'll forget about them. I remember the pain of nicking the bezel on my Patek 5164 last week very vividly. The next day, didn't bother me at all. |

The ring command bezel might be a pretty penny. My guess at least $1,750+

It took me awhile but I think I see two shiny spots on bezel points with macro picture.
Most wont know that it is a Rolex and far fewer will ever notice those spots. Watches take hits. Nobody but the owner usually notices. Edit: Reconsider in 6 months to a year. I would personally get it fixed 8-10 years from now with first service if it still bothered me but we are all different |

Only you'll see it. And you'll find it having more marks later as you wear it. The bezel is probably around 2k I'd assume. I wouldn't sweat it too much.

Take the stickers off. You're ridiculous for wearing it and keeping them on. What? You think you can wear it and then pass it off as BNIB because the stickers are still on?

I'm pretty particular, but I wouldn't sweat that. I feel you though, I hate the thought of dinging my watch.

How did you even see that? Be honest. That can’t be noticeable with the naked eye. No way, no how. I mean, how many times is that picture magnified?
I see you are wearing it with the stickers still affixed. Why not leave the bezel protector on, as well? |

The first ones are the worst. And the little ones can seem so big. But eventually you're likely to not care at all.

Barely noticeable. And most any brand new watch has some imperfections with an eye loop (and God forbid, a microscope). Sad to report, it's the first of more to come. However, each one you accumulate helps to tell the story of YOUR watch. Don't sweat the small stuff - enjoy that sucker!

Put the loupe down and walk away! Seriously, that’s not even noticeable. I snagged my DJII bezel way worse. Left a burr on it. My AD polished out enough I couldn’t tell where it was to begin with.

The stickers look way worse than the tiny dink on the bezel.
