Check out this faded blueberry Gmt bezel

I love a good blueberry just like the next guy ,but it always bothered me that there was never any faded blueberry’s bezels ,only brand new looking ones .I just purchased a nice fushia Gmt bezel from a guy & then he showed me this blueberry he also just got .I couldn’t believe my eyes ,what do you think Is this the missing link ? Not to mention a nice Radial dial & all red hand.

Personally, I like it... Not sure what is "wrong" with it, since its kinda "wrong" to begin with as these inserts were never offered as original on GMTs...

That said, I'm always suspect of all-red GMT hands, but I cant tell if the paint is right on this one from that pic.

X2. There’s been a lot written about these inserts, and much of it highly skeptical. A couple of years ago, I obsessed over the prospect of getting one of these so-called Blueberrys ... until I read the extensive research/opinions of folks like Springer and others who have vast GMT knowledge.

I actually haven’t seen a faded version of this type of insert before, and it might be pretty. But correctness is a whole other matter.

Amazing! A perfect matching lume dial and golly an all-red hand too! Incredible how just the bezel shows any wear or age.

I’m afraid the insert is not naturally faded. The radial however looks great.
