First time submariner buyer
Looking at a stainless 2007/2008 bought new in 2009, 16610 m with box and papers. It had its annual tuneup in 2014 at a Rolex dealer. A few normal scuffs on band but watch itself is perfect. He is asking 6500, was thinking offering 6k. Is this a fair price in today’s market? What should I consider or look at before purchasing?
