Icon5 Question about polishing the bezel insert

So I have a 116621 which has a rose gold bezel insert. When the day comes and I get it polished to remove the scratches on it, will the process smooth out the sharp edges on the minute markers/numbers? And is it possible to restore the frosty part of it as it originally was? If anyone has experience with this I'd love to hear your thoughts.

I plan on going with LA watch works.

Depends how deep the scratches are , the numbers should still stay sharp , the textured part of the yacht master insert though , not sure how they would restore that , Rolex would prob just change it ?

I’m sure others experienced with this will chime in
