What will the changes be, in design, movement etc, for the
GMT-MASTER II to become the GMT-MASTER III?

Independent 24-hour hand and/or true quickset date.

However, finding correct crown positions would become rather tedious. I think we'll be on the II for quite some time.

Based on what Rolex does, it will be a new color bezel and a price increase.
