First PAM 297 or 237 and a 233 & 270 ?

I want a GMT for my first Panerai and am starting my search.
I cant afford it this moment but who knows perhaps Ill find
some layaway or just at least figure out exactly what I want
and what to pay when I have all the funds in a couple mths.

I looked at the PAM 088 and its nice BUT I don't know why I
do not like the silver sub dial...

From what I have found the 297 and 237 can be found for roughly
the same price. Which do you guys like more? I would NEVER
wear the metal bracelet with the 297....

Sorry ignore this part.....
Also, these two are out of my range now
BUT why does it seem the 233 is more popular that the 270?
I would think more people would be intrigued by a 10 day auto
than a 8 day manual BUT I know nothing about them!

270 is more expensive, not sure as to prod. #'s but apperars less frequently in case, numbers smaller under curve of crystal has 9 and am/pm indicator. 233 is balanced perfectly and the simplicity of the indicater is perfect. To me the movement is a wash 10 day auto or 8 day manual. I own both a rarely wear 270.

For that 2, I will go for 297. Yes, PAM GMT look good too with bracelets.

DAMN
Not what I expected to hear TR haha

Seems the 237 was made in much smaller #'s and
I think I like the dial more even though some say its
a bit busier....

I still have a couple months to look and think
