116234 Datejust Updates/Changes since 2007

Hey All,

I’m looking at a pre-owned M serial (07-08) Datejust 116234 (rhodium dial, Roman numerals, fluted WG bezel, jubilee) for my wife. She tried on a new model with the same specs at an AD a couple weeks ago and now has to have it.

My question is whether or not there have been any aesthetic or movement updates to the 116234 since it was introduced in ‘06 or ‘07 (I think that’s when it was introduced). Any input would be appreciated, I’m trying to make sure the M serial will live up to her expectations (ie be the same as the one she tried on at the AD).

Movement wise its the same cal 3135 that was introduced in 1988 all other changes purely cosmetic.
