My first tudor black bay 41

Hello all! I just bought my first Tudor black bay 41-steel strap(1 year old mint with 1 year warranty remaining) from a reputable dealer. I'm not thinking of selling it anytime soon but I'm just wondering about the resale value of the watch. Is there anything to note(for eg. sell within 3 years before a steep drop in value etc). As for the one year warranty left, is there anything I should be doing? (for eg. before the warranty expires, bring it to RSC for servicing of some sort).

Thanks I'm a noob at this
Ps. Accidentally scratched it on my first day :(
