Icon5 How well does the 18K band hold up? Let's see some pics!

Since I can't snag a blue Sub with a steel band, I'm now looking at the combination 18K yellow gold/SS band. It's an awesome watch, but how does the 18K hold up over time? I've never worn anything finer than 10K.

Granted, I can see that the SS would shield from most damage, but what about the normal scratches?

Anybody have a long-termer photo or two to show off?

I have a TT Yacht Master and have worn it daily since September. No issues with stretch whatsoever. I know that is not a long time, but the center links have so much surface area that I don't believe they will ever be as bad as the jubilee.

I am sure others will chime in who have owned theirs for a longer period of time.

Looks like it holds up pretty well indeed. Always good to see it. :)

I meant no insult if any was taken- I've cheaper "stainless" watches that looked worse than that after a few years.

Ive had my TT SUB for about 7 months now and its absolutly fine... No problems so far apart from the gold section does seem to scratch fairly easy but then again its also down to what your doing.
