What do you think of this Benz?

Either I haven't been on the forums enough lately, or there has been a lack of new car threads... so.... let me initiate a new one...

I stopped at the Paramus dealership on the way home today to get a new battery for my key... and walking through the showroom was stopped dead in my tracks when I saw the GT C. Oh my!

What do you think?

PS. on a side note, I went there disheveled and looking like a bum (fresh from the gym) and not a single salesperson approached me, even though I lingered in this spot a long time... thought that was interesting.... and wondered it if happened to anyone else, at a car dealership or an AD?

I’m not a big fan of the oversized Mercedes logos on the fronts of their newer line-ups. A deal breaker for me. I also own a BMW so maybe I’m just biased.

It's a gorgeous car. I think Seth (Superdog) has one and each time a picture pops up I fall in love !

Ps. IMHO MB of Paramus is trash. I stopped using them a long time ago. My final straw from them was my 07 C350

I started going to Benzel Busch ...

Benzel Busch and Paramus always have some goodies in the showroom for sure. The GTC is all class. They look smaller in person than in photos though. I’d go with the SL. Convertible and you can save some coin to buy a nice watch to go with it.

That’s nice but prefer the Lambo dealership a little further down the road :)

it's a great car but if you're in a market for GT consider GT R version, well worth the upgrade especially if you like to drive your cars hard :-)

All the time, especially when I drive my beloved Mitsubishi :) However, the well trained employees develop a sixth sense , and do not pay attention to what you wear or drive.

Gorgeous car but I prefer the GTC in convertible and with the designó matte gray finish. I had a chance to get the feel for that greens gtr and it’s gorgeous but would get really uncomfortable as an every day driving car. Wouldn’t mind having one though! My Benz dealer is small and I’ve just recently bought my wife’s car there and they know us pretty well. They gave me a g63 amg to try out for a few hours while my wife’s car was in for service. Almost took that beast home but would rather wait for the 2019 upgrade.

If you’re having issues with an MB Dealer I know a great sales guy. Been doing it 30+ years, AMG Specialist, even wears a GMT, also known as my father. All kidding aside he ships all over the place all the time. Feel free to PM me. He’s in the Midwest.
