Rediculous New Pam - 267

Got these pics for the other forum place.

A Pam 267. 6 made, all J's.

Basically a brown dialed 217 with a 203 movement and the dial text of Marina Militare.

Here is is next to a 203 (a measly $200k watch) and then two closeups.

Enjoy.

No, the 203 is the 200k watch.

The new one has no price that I know of. Panerai isn't releasing any information on it.

It's a 22K watch that only 150 made and demand (hype) has made a 200K watch. IMHO.

I know of three for sale at this very moment. No matter how serious the collector was that got the watch, money still talks.

I think it's a beauty...but take it apart and lay all the pieces on the table to see what it's made of...I still don't see how they justify the price???

That goes for all "luxury" watch brands.Well, its like shares... its worth what someone is prepared to pay for it.Usually PAMs are not really collecting dust on the ADs shelves They sell.

Crazy beautiful. Both of them.

"8 Giorni Brevettato" is pretty cool.

I don't know much about Pams, but what do you guys think of YG hands on these models, which have no YG on case or dial? Seems a little off.

YG hands on the ss cased PAMs are brilliant !! Ads a bit of contrast that catches the eye !!

I agree & understand...but to a degree! $200K just doesn't add up to me when you consider what went into this watch. Then again, it is soooo true in all items bought, "It's worth what the buyer pays for it!" Cheers.

Well I guess it only makes sense if you can get it at MRSP and its worth thousands more the moment you leave the AD (or in this case Panerai CEOs office or Panerai's boardroom .. )

Then again,I wont spend euro 95k on a watch.

My Boss was invited over to the Panerai boutique in Florence to buy a 203 at MRSP. Which obviously he did.

I love panerai but this is disguisting. It has only 1 purpose and that's overhyping their secondhand price

the 203 is a joke and this is even worse

I 10000% agree. What can you do? I ask myself, what would I do if I owned the brand. Not this I tell myself....
