Question about James Dowling

Hey Forum members,
Would anyone please help me with a quick check..

Does anyone deal with Mr Dowling before?

Anyone knows the lawsuit result for James Dowling?

Any input is appreciated!

Thanks

Looks like the case was dismissed.

It said that the buyer could not provide any evidence that the watches were fake.
My guess was the buyer could not get the person claiming they were counterfeit to testify.

I was interested in a watch on his web site last year and sent him a message through his web site but received no reply.

Icon6 He is a good egg!

Years ago through email and attachments assisted in purchase of a Circa 1950 Tudor Rose with Rolex movement.

Just as nice in person while in NYC for a dinner gathering in Little Brazil area.

Still an authority in my book!

It's been many years, but when I had the opportunity to have dealings with James he was very knowledgeable and honest.
