Afternoon All,

Am looking to get a watch winder as I know have 4 watches with 3 being automatic so keeping them in my watchbox in the bathroom isn't ideal as they will wind down often.

Anyone with a winning watch box, where do you store yours? do you have them on display?

Some watches must be small to fit into the matchbox!

As for winder, I would not be leaving it on display unless you felt safe leaving it for the burglars to find easily?

I know some people use battery winders in safe etc.,

Well that round thing on your watch with the Rolex emblem on its called a winder. And thats used to wind a stopped watch,so unless you have a watch with many many complication which no Rolex has.Or lost the use of your fingers then one of these machines IMHO a complete waste of money. It takes less that 30 seconds to wind and set any watch, if not needed to tell time on the wrist just let them stop and rest.

Bingo - Peter’s right of course.

But if you are getting a winder - put it in a strong safe.
That where mine is.

I have mine in a box at the side of my chair in the living room. The chair is in the corner so the box cant be seen unless one sits in my chair and looks over the side.
