Hi from Ireland!

Hi all,

Greetings from Ireland :)

I've signed up to the forum to see if any members are able to help me solve a mystery.

I recently acquired an Oyster Royal and am at a loss to date it. The case shape seems to be different to any others I've seen online.

While I love watches, I'm far from expert and am coming to dead ends online when trying to figure out the model of the Royal. So I'm hoping some more experienced/knowledgeable folk may be able to point me in the right direction.

Would the Vintage Rolex Discussion forum be the most appropriate place to start a thread on this subject?

P.S. I also own a 1964 Oyster Perpetual and a 5440/8 Prince.

Thanks all. For some reason I'm not getting emails to say the thread was responded to and only just now remembered my post!
