RSC have had my Tudor GMT longer than me...
I bought my Tudor GMT just before Christmas and just after three weeks, it developed the date issue. I took it to the London RSC in mid January and was told it was going to take 10 working days to fix.
Last week I called to see what was taking so long and was told that they were still waiting for a part from Geneva and the soonest I could expect it back would be early March. It's a shame my watch developed the fault — I was really enjoying it — but I'm told these things can happen with new movement designs. I just hope that whatever "part" is taking so long to get here actually sorts the problem. Something doesn't seem right to me... |

considering how many are being shipped, they have the part. The fact they dont want to use the part to fix an existing watch vs using it in the assembly process to make a new one isn't surprising. Its disappointing though

That must be frustrating. I would want a new watch. I know warranty doesn’t work that way but maybe it should.

[QUOTE=samson66;9397486]Pretty shitty of them to make people wait like this and then (in some cases) return watches with scratched up cases and other battle scars./QUOTE]
I really hope they don't damage the watch. That would be heart-breaking after only having had it for three weeks. |
