I think its the one with the watch opener blade, i.e. the short blade its curved a bit. For popping backs from watches.

Looks like one i have, that came in a watch tool kit.

Of course i could be totally wrong.

Wow, amazing, I wish I could see something like that at my local car boot sales, I would snap up that swiss army knife, and some of the tools look really useful, but don't fancy anything else.
