Seiko movement in Invicta Pro Diver

The Invicta Pro Diver series has been reviewed repeatedly as a low end
homage watch to the Rolex Submariner references.

Unfortunately, the reviews point out that the Invicta movement is
made by Seiko-without giving the specific caliber designation.
Also unfortunate-the reviewer(s) are critical of this Invicta series and
specifically the movement.

Does anyone have any concrete information on the Invicta movement?

It is. It's printed on the left side rotor.
