Hi! I am posting a query for my nephew. His YM2 chrono seconds hand recently does not reset to zero but between 0 and 1 minute indicator. Watchmaker impression when he opened the case is everything is okay. Timegraph is +/- 3 seconds. Would appreciate user experience and rectification suggestions.

Other complications like regatta timer flyback etc functions as it should.
