I’ve seen this seller having what seems to be very nice items on no reserve auctions, some going for pretty interesting prices (from past sales). Apparently operates from Manhattan beach, California.
Has an outstanding rep on eBay

Any personal opinion?

Just looking at their ebay history, they look good. Lots of recent positive feedback on Rolex sales, and a return policy. I'd be comfortable dealing with them. Ask a lot of questions first if you have any. They have some nice watches for sale.
