The text came out strange.
These images were taken on a Leica Stereo Microscope.
I work in a lab and have access to such things.
I will try and get some images From my Keyence scope today that does high depth of field optical images.
I want to try to get "Swiss Made" and the laser etched crown both in focus.
I run Scanning electron microscopes so if anyone wants any images taken on that you can always send me something. A broken ceramic bezel would be cool if anyone has one.
Cheers

Many many more needed. Close up of the brushed metal, the pip, the date wheel text. Also a close up at an angle of the centre spoke construction.

I would NOT continue to do that if I was you. I can already see imperfections and once you see something you wont un-see it.

If any of the people on TRF that do repairs have any broken bezel inserts, I could put them in the SEM ( Scanning electron microscope)and compare ceramic vs aluminum in high resolution. Or maybe an old dial or hand and i can image the lume ect.

I do it all the time and its not going to bother me. I look at imperfections for a living. It is 20 year old watch and is going to have imperfections. They are sometimes the most interesting things to look at !

All PM watches have a St. Bernard hallmark. It's on the clasp and the back of the case

This is for all you diamond dial guys.

Overall, the diamonds look very good. There are a few inclusions...but keep in mind I took these photos from 10x to 75x. Diamonds are graded at 10X. Forgive the dirt on my lens.

I hope you don't mind me posting more pics on your thread OP

Very interesting OP. Thank you for posting.

A nice straight on pic of the four lines of text would be good.
