GMT Bezel Inserts: 1675 & 16750

Are they interchangeable? Can a "Black With White # 315-16750-1" for the 16750 fit the 1675?

What is best a custom Rolex or a Rolex that is stuck in custom?

Buy a professional camera and you´re a professional
photographer, buy a flute and you own a flute.
