Deployant Replacement Pin Buckle Solution?

Has anyone found either an OEM AP 18mm pin buckle or aftermarket source to substitute for use on a hornback ROO strap?
[I believe the buckle end is 18mm - someone please correct if needed!]

If the stars align, I should have an incoming watch that will have the deployant I find super-uncomfortable. As I want to be able to wear the original strap, I'd like to find a pin buckle replacement.
Black color would be preferred.

I have already sourced a black aftermarket tang from Horus that works with the 42mm diver strap.
