Interested in this Rolex 16610
First time starting a post here. I'm looking at buying this 16610, but something about the "Submariner" on the dial looks a little wonky to me. I am be no means an expert but I did see this watch the other day in person and couldnt stop thinking about the dial being off. It's in a brick and mortar shop but the people are cool. I would just like some other options on this dial. Thank you! The watch is also on chrono24 and ebay if anyone is interested. Watch is a K serial.

Not sure - looks alright to me. One of the real experts will be along in awhile, I'm sure...

What's wonky is the chrono24 in the middle of the dial. It makes everything else look off.

Ask for more pictures and in natural light. White background lightbox photos are awful for judging the condition of a watch.

I will try to get better photos, this was one from the listing. The watch seems very authentic just the font seemed off compared to others. Comparing to others is so hard though, I'm not sure if the font has changed over the years in same models. Thank you for your help everyone!

It's typical for the dial text to slightly change over time. The best thing to do is compare it to others with the same serial prefix or within a year or two of production.
