I could not wait to have my daughter home from her 1st semester at college. We are going to do some shopping. I made a few promises about getting straight A’s...and she enjoys picking out gifts for my wife and younger daughter. Then there is a Christmas dinner for thirty or so family members to prepare.

Working 14 hours a day during Christmas week
, then heading to Thailand and Singapore the following 2 weeks with my wife, brother-in-law, and sister-in-law after that.

Ended up canceling the family vacation to Park City. Just not worth it with 3 small kids and no nanny. I'll be hanging at home micromanaging the backyard construction. Short day today and not going back into the office until the 6th so will probably go crazy.
