Ghost Vs Panda
Hello!
Seeking some guidance. Are either of these hard to find from an AD? I received a call to pick up both. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I really like both of them.
Here is my issue... I recently bought an engagement ring. I would be more comfortable waiting a year. With that being said, if either of these (especially the Panda) are extremely hard to get from an AD, I do not want to miss out on this opportunity. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

I dont believe they are hard to find. From my experience, only the boutique edition with the blue dial from the same model might be hard to obtain.
The watches you posted are even selling below retail in the aftermarket. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I think both are obtainable within a year.
FWIW I think the panda looks better plus you can do strap conversion to still have the rubber band option. |

I wouldn’t say either are hard to source - perhaps a short wait.
I like them both for different reasons. The ghost to me is a solid - understated Offshore model. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk |

I have both and love them for different reasons, but if I had to pick one it’d be the Ghost (durability).
I’ve seen the Ghost at APs in Milan and Bangkok in the past month. The Panda will take longer but probably within 6 months for sure |

I would seek something with a ceramic bezel.

Thank you guys!
I think that I have decided to hold off. Typically, I purchase a watch in March for my birthday, so this might be a better option. Cheers

As said, no issues so to source either ... maybe with some wait. Don't let the dealer push you around, esp. if you are not comfortable.
The Ghost, while a bit dull in pictures, is amazing in real life!

Good decision. Both are great watches (though I slightly prefer the ghost) - enjoy your chosen one when it is the right time.

Don’t worry about hard to get. Get the one that feel and looks right on your wrist. I never look at these toys as investments. They are toys that give us joy and get the one that gives u the most joy...

At the AP MBS boutique in Singapore, the Panda is now shown with a “For display only” - FWIW.

I like the ghost. Tried it on at boutique in New York yesterday and was very impressed. So doesn’t seem hard to find.

I would pass both and get the Ti 44mm because the ceramic bezel holds up much better to scratches. if i were to daily either of the above they would be covered in scratches and that would kill me.

The ghost is also titanium with a ceramic bezel, why would the 44mm hold up better?

And the Panda for me, too. The bracelet makes the difference.
